FR Review:
Frank’s Window Cleaning is not only a business but also a family legacy. It was established by Frank Kulzer in 1929, and now his son Richard sits at the helm.

Described as relaxed but professional and knowledgeable, Frank’s has been winning over fans in Manhattan for decades. In 1975, they acquired a sister company, Clear View Window Cleaning. The majority of their clients are on Manhattan’s Upper East and West Sides. Clients say they love the quality of Frank’s work and consider his prices (typically between $10-12 per window) to be fair.

Representative Client Comments:
“Quick, helpful and very reasonable.” “Communication was unprofessional.” “Once you hook up with these guys, you will never think again about using someone else.” “Neat. Punctual.” “Service was not delivered even though several confirmations were made.”

Project Description & Comments:
At the recommendation and the 4-1/2 stars in the Franklin Report for Frank's Window Cleaning in New York, we scheduled them to clean windows at a very high end apartment on Park Avenue. We have a meeting with the clients this afternoon and completing many projects within the apartment today so it's very busy with all trades, however, we have maintained access to the windows. The window cleaner walked in the apartment and said it was too busy in there and walked out leaving us without anyone to clean the windows after confirming multiple times this would be done today. I called Richard Frank, the owner, indicating that we have an important meeting today and our on site supervisor will make sure his worker gets the access he needs and that they need to be cleaned today as scheduled. He stated "well, they aren't going to be cleaned by me". This is highly unacceptable for a vendor posted with positive ratings in The Franklin Report.
