The Isabel O'Neil Studio Workshop is an educational institution that provides extensive professional training in faux finishes as well as gilding, lacquer, tromp l'oeil and more. The school has been functioning as an apprentice system since 1955, with an all-volunteer group of instructors. Upon request, the school will refer individuals to a number of professionals from its expansive network in order to meet their specific needs. Students advance from beginner to journeyman and finally master.
