Pizzo & Associates is an unusual firm that bases its practice on sound ecological principles. Many of the 1,800 species that are native to the Midwest are grown in the Pizzo nursery. The company can create or restore a prairie, woodland, wetland, lake or natural landscape. Jack Pizzo and his team provide design services from a licensed landscape architect. Pizzo provides professional ecological restoration and natural landscape services to commercial and public sector clients throughout Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin.
Pizzo & Associates touts the many benefits of ecological restoration and educates clients on the importance of this concept and practice. Founded in 1988 by Jack and Kathy Pizzo, the company is headquartered on a 32-acre restored prairie and wetland.
