FR Review:
 Downes waded into pool building via its origins as a pool cleaning service company 30 years ago. It has since evolved to include a staff of competent pool builders that clients hold in high regard. They tell us the staff takes pains to understand exactly what the client wants in a pool and then builds accordingly. Downes also provides pool maintenance, and customers say they are satisfied with the service.
