FR Review:
This mid-size company is on the A-list of many of Chicago's most renowned builders, architects and interior designers. Most sources tell us Paoli not only excels at woodworking details but also provides excellent shop drawings and, to top it off, is a pleasure to work with. Specializing in high-end custom casegoods and millwork, Paoli was established in 1992 and has 30 employees who work in a well-equipped 25,000-square-foot plant. Although it works primarily with trade professionals, the firm does take on substantial private residential projects, such as kitchen remodels and libraries. However, we hear Paoli may be better suited as a cabinetmaker than an installer. While the firm builds primarily from designs supplied by architects, it is able to translate clients' concepts into sound designs and then implement these plans into unique finished pieces. The firm reportedly bills aggressively.
