FR Review:
The three stars of Tri-Star are its showrooms in New Lenox and Schaumburg, Ilinois, and Dyer, Indiana, where it displays over 40 different door styles including traditional, European and contemporary, in both woods and laminates. Its custom cabinets are primarily for kitchens but also include entertainment centers and other residential and commercial cabinetry. Established in 1966, the company has a staff of 150. Staffers work in maple, pine, birch, oak, hickory, cherry and walnut, and provide countertops in solid-surface material and plastic laminate. Work is produced on state-of-the-art equipment. While Tri-Star's main business is conducted through contractors and architects, it also will also work directly with homeowners.
