FR Review:
Esposito Construction is a family affair, run by Dick Esposito, his two sons and a nephew. Known for hands-on general contracting at a high level of quality, it also offers specialties, mastered by Esposito's sons. One is a carpenter, the other a glazier. It is also known for building solariums, a specialty niche that it now supplies for both residential and commercial clients within a 100-mile radius of Chicago.
Aside from solariums, the company devotes itself to residential remodeling and additions, working primarily in the Hyde Park area and, on occasion, on the near North Shore. We are told it handles any degree of remodeling, from a simple door repair to a kitchen renovation or construction of an addition that runs to high six figures. Yet, we are also told it will not bite off more than it can chew, retaining its care and personal attention, an attribute that has grown the business for a quarter of a century by referrals alone.
