For 40 years, Schwall has handled general contracting for custom home building, room additions and high-end remodeling projects along the North Shore from Gurnee to Skokie. Five sons now run the business in accordance with their Dad's admonition to "say what you do and do what you say." Clients have nothing but positive things to report about this company. Since 1963, Schwall has grown solely on word-of-mouth referrals, confirmation of its competence and quality. It facilitates complete design/build service and employs its own staff of carpenters.
