Owner John Shull and his tight-knit team of six plumbers stick to smaller projects, such as bathroom change-outs and service work. We're told Arrow is discriminating about taking on new work, always conscious of keeping its current customers satisfied. Its fully equipped trucks will travel anywhere within a 10-mile radius of the company's Libertyville shop location.
