FR Review:
There's a star next to Joseph Pasquesi's name on the Rolodexes of many of Chicago's best known families and top-tier contractors and architects. They turn to him and his team for everything from a leaky faucet to a sophisticated and complex bath installation that tallies out at a half-million dollars or more. Clients swear Pasquesi was born with the gift of good service, but he attributes it to his boyhood job at Sunset Hill Foods in Lake Forest, a name that also enjoys star ranking with much of this company's clientele.
Pasquesi employs 15 servicemen and 48 installers. All apprentice in-house, which accounts for their firms high and consistent standards of technical expertise. We hear they treat clients as if they were representing their own family. Pasquesi's family is proudly represented by his son, John, and a number of supers who have been with the company since day one. Calls are returned immediately; accurate price quotes for service are given over the phone, and no tool or serviceman's foot touches the jobsite floor unprotected by a dropcloth, towel or protective "booty."The company also handles HVAC replacement and maintenance, but does not do sheet metal work. It offers 24-hour emergency service and will travel into the city for jobs of significant size.
