 RescueCom technicians offer speedy service to rescue Chicago-area computer users whenever problems arise. They are certified on Macs and PCs and are facile with both hardware and software. When called in for an emergency, they strive to respond in one hour and charge accordingly—almost double their regular rate for scheduled calls. Technicians do much of their work at the customer's home or business and will come to your aid as late as midnight. RescueCom can also assist with networking and Internet issues.
