Although this fabricator limits its customer base to Chicago's northern suburbs, its staff of more than 50 operates at high volume, specifying and then implementing designs by professional and private clients. We're told that principals John Tithof and Pat Jenkinson and the Tithof team are reliable and do quality work. The company presents a bid before work commences and offers a one-year guarantee once it's completed. While the company sticks to the bid, no matter what complications arise, it is more than liberal with the guarantee, we're told, and will respond to any problems that occur even after the first year.
