Mike Hill carries on the tradition of extraordinary service started by his father, Ernest, in 1969. High end contractors often recommend this "top-notch" firm for its reliable, 24-hour service. The firm offers CCTV surveillance, fire alarm systems and card access control. We hear that Hill primarily uses NAPCO brands for control equipment. For card access, he uses Continental exclusively. The company is one of the few that will hold premise keys for clients, which means that Hill will personally show up and secure a property if the police are called in to investigate.
H&H's protection net extends across San Fernando Valley, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and Malibu. The firm has a devoted staff of four, all of whom have undergone training and background checks. Clients say Hill's systems are user-friendly and reliable, but they say the company's most significant asset is its devotion to the vanishing art of customer service. Hill simply will not leave a project until both he and the client are perfectly comfortable with the systemís ease of use. H & H's hourly fees are on the higher end, but sources tell us higher rates are justified by Hill's professionalism and a solid two-year warranty on parts and labor.
