Since 1951 Peridian International has offered a wide range of high-end landscape design services, including, but not limited to, industrial, residential, commercial, community and urban planning. While the scope of its projects run the gamut, Peridian is said to be the go-to for something "over the top" and "spectacular" - like a 20+ single-family residential community along a Lake Las Vegas peninsula.
Those with decades-long relationships with the firm are accustomed to owner Rae Price's top of the line design and execution, and expect nothing less from his equally talented son Ty.
