Principal Thiep Cung’s distinguished and restrained aesthetic defines both the firm's classic and contemporary architectural efforts, which extends to interior design. The modern facades are often boldly simplistic and the traditional structures boldly grand—both often surrounded by reflecting pools, fountains and a multitude of flowering plants. The firm builds new homes and remodels beyond Santa Barbara County, working as far down the coast as Manhattan Beach and Laguna Beach. These projects are often considerable in size and ambition.
