FR Review:
Remaining true to his Old World, European ideals, Stephen Giannetti is said to bring a "joyful spirit" to the design process. Whether working with shingle style, Mediterranean or English Tudor, Giannetti balances the traditional proportions of older villa-like homes with a modern flow of space. "Open to test ideas," Giannetti always maintains integrity of the design concept, evident one notable project, a 10,000 square foot home painstakingly patterned after Thomas Jefferson's historic Monticello.
On projects, patrons tell us Giannetti stands firm to a "great vision" while participating "comfortably" with all players in the process. They call Giannetti an "expert listener" who "manages himself well and understands the job site." A graduate of the University of Maryland, Giannetti began his career on the East Coast and moved to California in 1990. A relatively small firm, Giannetti Architecture's full-service staff also offers landscape design, as well as interior and custom furniture design headed by wife Brooke the LA showroom Giannetti Home.
The firm has a strong following in the affluent Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Montecito and Pasadena communities. Giannetti routinely draws up five-figure floor plans, but he is said to be reasonable with budgets.

"Being full-service, the design aspect can sometimes sometimes get backlogged in the process." "Aesthetics are so important to Stephen—he's a perfectionist." "Moving one window around 42 times can be slow, but he never makes a mistake." "Perfect for the right kind of client." "Not only client-driven, but he throws himself into project."
