Bottom Line:
Do NOT use Bay Cities. They should be out of business.
Project Description & Comments:
We have had an awful experience working with Bay Cities. We spent over $40,000 on cabinets and appliances a couple of years ago. EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING is falling apart. Specifically, one of the wall cabinets in our kitchen literally fell to the ground and narrowly missed my young son's head. When we have called to explain our situation (that we need a new cabinet door and for all others to be reinforced), we get the run around. It's been six months and we still don't have a new door for our cabinet thus exposing our glassware in our kitchen. It looks terrible. When we call, we get put on hold for ten minutes and sometimes, if any, we might get an email back saying our parts have been ordered. Yet nothing ever arrives. We've been patient and understanding and we now realize we've been completely taken advantage of. BEWARE of Bay Cities!!!!!

Bottom Line:
This is and was a horrible experience, i cannot recommend Bay Cities, Ted Benze, or Columbia Cabinets.
Project Description & Comments:
Our kitchen designer used us as his first client with Bay Cities, Ted Benze, what a mistake. Countless mistakes and errors, poorly made cabinets, some of them actually fell apart while waiting to be installed, others are bowed and warped, just low quality at a high price, would not recommend Columbia Cabinets no matter what they tell you. Ted missed some very important things when ordering the cabinets, just no attention to detail, i now need to have one cabinet totally remade, and add filler and inlays to try and save the project. For what we paid for Ted to make sure that everything would work [3000], we are disappointed, his fixes on his mistakes are less that pleasing. If you are considering a kitchen remodel, i would work with a local cabinet maker, that you can talk to previous clients of theirs to see the work, and how satisfied they are.
