FR Review:
All Coast principal Michael Grosswendt gives clients the kind of confidence that only comes from a lifetime devotion to craftsmanship. A pet contractor of many finicky designers, the word is, "if a client doesn't use them, we have no other recommendations."
References tell us this firm is "not closed-minded" to aggressive design and pays "very close attention to detail" in its execution. Once a job is completed, clients can turn to All Coast's Estate Maintenance division to provide full "soup-to-nuts" handyman service on high-end residential renovations, additions and ground-up new construction.
Sources report that Grosswendt is a consistent force in the field. Clients find him personable, easy to communicate with and prompt on follow-through. Though All Coast's staff has grown to 35 to take on five major residential projects at a time, we're told Grosswendt runs a very tight ship. Punch lists are KO'd and sites are kept neat. Additionally, All Coast has done extensive work in home automation and mechanization, where the importance of trustworthy lifetime maintenance is incalculable.
