Bottom Line:
Quality of work was OK but project was not coordinated. Left their trash hidden in our woods.
Project Description & Comments:
Steve is very focused on front end of business which is getting the contract. Very proactive with calls and emails to get your business. Then do not really hear from him again once project starts. This may not be a concern unless issues arise. In our case, we were told we needed to replace some siding (which was not in original estimate nor highlighted by Steve ) and was quite pricey. Took weeks to schedule this part of project so house was half painted for weeks. Would have been easier if project had been integrated (and most likely cheaper). Think this concern or issue may arise with most painters and not really reason for review.
Crew left four very large bags of trash with paint cans on our property which they hid in our woods which we did not find until months later. Contacted Steve and he said he would remove trash which he never did. Unacceptable behavior which may have been anomaly of that specific crew. Nonetheless, Steve never took responsibility to resolve.
I am not one to write reviews but felt compelled to do so after having to dispose of paint cans and soggy/smelly trash bags which were months old when discovered.

Bottom Line:
Simply stated, they are professionals, they do a great job, clean up after themselves. A very good experience. I will be using them again and would also would recommend them to anyone who asked.
Project Description & Comments:
I contacted Steve Zeisler in early March regarding an interior and exterior project estimate. While not the cheapest estimate, I really wasn't looking for the cheapest solution. I wanted the project done correctly the first time and for a fair price. I also wanted to deal with a professional outfit. Steve gave me a fair price, they scheduled the work relatively quickly and I am very satisfied with the quality of work done. The painting crew were very polite, professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Steve and Jeff contacted me throughout the process making sure there weren't any issues. We had a final walkthrough I was pleasantly surprised.

Bottom Line:
More than satisfied. Home looks exquisite. With 2 rainy days, the job was completed in one week. Worked on Saturday as well.
Project Description & Comments:
Large home. Was white. Steve and his partner came over to my home with my preferred colors. Painted various samples on wall. Perfect matches. They arranged for rotten wood to be replaced, mould removed, power washed home and job completed in one week. His teams are extraordinary. Polite, professional, clean up constantly. The home looks completely different. Added to value of home.

Bottom Line:
Good company, would use again.
Project Description & Comments:
Used Steve for an exterior painting job after I was unhappy with a different company who had done a sloppy job. Steve suggested a more high-end approach and we did extra things like fungus treatment, so the quote was not super cheap, but the job was done properly and will last longer. His crew were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. They finished a day ahead of schedule.

Project Description & Comments:
I saw one of Steve's ads and decided to call him. I dealt with him directly at first and then a foreman and a crew took over. I was around the house a lot and they were very polite. They did the entire exterior of my house and power washed the deck, everything was professionally done. Work was done on time, clean up was great. I felt the price was fair.

The painters were not outsourced. In fact, they have painted dozens of homes for us this year alone. The window they missed was in the dark, under a mostly enclosed deck. When I found out about it, I personally came out to paint it. I needed to use my iPhone flashlight app. I also scraped the minute hairs of paint off the glass. Here's the funny part; half of their windows have more paint on the glass than I've ever seen anyone live with. I guess the last time they painted themselves and they got so much paint on the glass and decided that was fine. I don't know how long it's been on there, but I guess it has been years. So when I came back, hauled the ladder over and climbed up to see this particular window had so much old paint on it and again, the tiniest spot that we got on it. When I saw her, I had to ask her the obvious question as to why does our tiny spot of paint bother you when you are living with so much paint on the windows. This was way out of line, rude and unprofessional. When I realized how this set her off, I offered to pay for my window washer to razor all the old paint off and clean the windows, but it was too late.
