Davenport predominantly works in Connecticut and Westchester, but will take on the occasional tear-down, showpiece restoration, or high-end apartment renovation on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. In addition to their full-scale projects, the firm also maintains Davenport Property Management, which handles smaller and specialty projects as well as keeping everything buttoned up for past clients. Davenport also takes on Green Energy-specific projects including Geothermal and Co-Generation Electric.
