Working exclusively through referrals, Sal and James DiPiazza and the team at Personal Touch have developed a reputation for being one of the fi nest moving companies in New York. Working almost exclusively in Manhattan, this company takes the name “Personal Touch” to new levels–by meeting with each client to estimate the individual needs of the job and establish a flat fee to cover the entire move. Happy patrons remark that there are no hidden costs–the price estimated is the price paid.
Personal Touch is expensive, but sources happily pay the bill for the level of service and a “job extremely well done.” Moreover, sources appreciate the fact that DiPiazza never “rakes you over the coals” by overcharging for moving supplies (a practice all too common in the industry). Instead, his prices for supplies are just above cost.
Customers report that DiPiazza brings far more men to each job than most firms– and more than they ever expected.
