Word is there's absolutely nothing this well-rounded shop can't do with wood. CJS produces and installs "incredible product" for high-end interiors, new construction or renovation. The company also does carving and custom furniture, although design is not this firm's forte. With the lion's share of projects ballparking between $100,000 and $200,000 for the trade, CJS is still available for your little cub's vanity, working mostly in Westchester and Fairfield counties, and occasionally in New York City.
Owner Chris Sculti has steered CJS from its start as a builder into a high-caliber cabinet and mill shop. Assisted by twenty employees, Sculti personally supervises field installations and oversees the development of drawings, which we are told are subbed out. Customers tell us CJS shows consideration to the work of other trades as well as to the demands of the overall project schedule. In addition, they say the firm keeps at it until everyone is satisfied.
