FR Review:
A fixture in the window washing industry since 1980, the bulk of Ace Maintenance Company's jobs is residential. Founder Richard Capozzi and his wife, who are described as "punctual, reliable and fair," manage the family business. Capozzi's loyal clients include A-list celebrities, and corporate clients Kinko's, Linens n' Things and others. Though Capozzi does most of the work himself, he will hire extra help during the company's busy times--particularly the spring.
Free estimates are done on-site in person. In-and-out cleaning for standard windows starts at $5 per window. Ace Maintenance serves New Canaan, Darien, Westport, Greenwich and the surrounding area. The company also does some post-construction cleaning.
