FR Review:
Tony Ingrao’s projects range from baronial splendor to contemporary grandeur. Considered among the most indefatigable of designers, Ingrao’s first project was a spectacular seven-year transformation of a 20s Norman cha^teau in Greenwich into an extravagant Louis-XIV fantasia with a level of detail that rivals the great European houses. Even Ingrao’s more modest projects are filled with important 16th-century consoles, paired George-II mahogany chairs, and floor refinishers that were imported from France for the ultimate layered glow. Clients are undeniably drawn to the firm for its knowledge of architecture and furniture combined with an innate sense of elegance and luxury.

Interior design projects vary in size in style, with the biggest jobs reaching into the millions. Over the years, a number of projects have been done for clients in Greenwich, Bedford, Rye, Armonk and Scarsdale, many of whom have done second homes with Ingrao. Most projects are entire home renovations. The firm charges standard architecture fees, project management fees, millwork and painting fees and classic retail on product (except antiques, which are purchased on a scaled fee schedule). Clients looking to experience the design dream of a lifetime (with a budget to match) are drawn to Ingrao. AD 100. AD 100 2018, 2019.

Representative Client Comments:
“Tony is encyclopedic about over three centuries of decorative arts. He ensures that each person’s home reflects his or her individual style and is a pleasure to work with. His follow-up and continued involvement is also A+.” “Only for families who live comfortably with museum-quality art and antiques.” “Tony makes your design fantasies into a reality—it may take a while, but it will be amazing.” “The journey is just as much fun as the end result.”
