With an innate ability to synthesize the best of the classical past that with the allure of edited chic, Jeff Lincoln has built a loyal clientele. He is a favorite of many Darien and Park Avenue families who would not consider a minimalist look. Warm and resonant colors, refined fringes, old-world craftsmanship and creative details are revisited with a modern eye, creating a sophisticated presence. References also praise Lincoln for his knowledge of fine antiques, European and Scandinavian historical details, and unusual custom sources. With restraint and practicality, the serious is set against the comfortable, the economic against the outstanding.
Clients include many young sophisticates, who relate to Lincoln's easy manner, genteel sensibility and businesslike approach. Supporters also appreciate his artistic vision, saying that each project is unique to the setting and taste of the homeowner.
