FR Review:
Transcending a specific nomenclature, Deborah Lipner builds upon a traditional foundation but embellishes with calm comfort and distinct detail. The result is a luxurious cohesiveness, filled with quality and undeniable appeal. She is also applauded for her "softer side of modern." Classic and developed millwork sets the mood with restrained patterns adding a graceful note.
Lipner was a studio art and business major from the University of Toledo. She taught "color and light theory" for many years and has been in her own practice since 1993. There are two "excellent" associates, with Lipner as the primary client contact. Lipner takes on just a few projects at a time, mostly large situations and referrals from past clients.
Fees are Reasonable with hourly design time as the project progresses. Lipner is said to be "easy and flexible" in terms of process and economics. Clients and team architects have become advocates, referring many friends.
