FR Review:
Sallie Giordano heads up the New York office of this Palm Beach firm began by her mom more than a quarter of a century ago. Guided by their young something, soiree-set, 90 percent of the work is traditional with a kick. Greenwich meets Lilly Pulitzer by way of a chance meeting with Ray and Charles Eames. Supporters speak to Giordano's creativity, sighting a range of styles that can be expertly executed, including 1930s Art Deco and more modern. Still, most rooms are anchored by traditional American casegoods and custom linen textiles. Supporters also mention that the firm is very well organized, fun to work with and committed to building on the client's thematic cues.
Giordano graduated from Georgetown with a degree in American studies and was a journalist for several years before joining the family practice about ten years ago. The practice has recently completed several first apartments for young New Yorkers, a range of Greenwich and Long Island homes and several vacation homes across the country.
