In business since 1960, Pat Pellegrini works exclusively on wood floors, doing installations, repairs, sanding, bleaching, staining, refinishing and producing standard inlays and designs. His firm works with decorators, architects and homeowners, mostly in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island and the Hamptons. Pellegrini boasts an extensive background in flooring having been raised in the business–his father and grandfather were both flooring craftsmen in his hometown of Bari, Italy. Today, Pellegrini has a showroom, sixteen workmen, ten trucks and a 5,000-square-foot warehouse.
Pellegrini is lauded as a “wonderful man and a great floorer.” Clients say he and his workmen are polite, prompt and committed to doing a good job.
