FR Review:
Owner of Perennial Gardens, Augustine Alvarez (Augie) has created one of the largest landscape contracting firms in the Connecticut/Westchester area. With more than 90 employees, Perennial specializes in high-end landscaping, site work and masonry. However, they are also pros at spa and pool construction, creating waterfalls and decorative ponds. Alvarez and his staff oversee every aspect of projects, including sales, design, contracting and project management. They also have a retail garden center and nursery. We hear that this company has established long-lasting relationships with not only their residential customers, but also with some of the best contractors and architects in the business.

Clients say that despite the large size of Perennial, they always promptly return phone calls and respond to clients' needs. The firm covers a wide range of projects that can be as little as $5,000 and as much as $1,000,000.

Representative Client Comments:
"Perennial Gardens is a staple for garden plants in the tiny village of Bedford." "It is more convenient and less pricey than its Greenwich competitors." "The quality of garden plants offered at Perrenial Gardens is consistently very high." "The staff is courteous and this is the destination for Christmas trees and wreaths." "A Bedford gardening landmark."
