Rigby & Hamilton--actually Leora Armstrong and her trusty pooch Rigby (Armstrong's maiden name is Hamilton)--have clients falling in love with her work the moment they see it. Maybe it is her art background, or that she gives a fresh eye on the scene (she has been in the US for two years--she's originally from England) that keeps her customers enamored. Or maybe it is the fact that her prices have not quite caught up to New York (City and State--she works in both).
