Not bad for a firm many already consider one of the most professional and talented architecture outfits in New York City. Naiztat and Ham is equally comfortable designing in modernist or traditional styles, creating interiors that are "at once innovative and classic." The two met while studying at Cornell. Their thirteen-year-old firm commands a high volume of work, both residential and commercial, mostly within New York City. A gut renovation or sub renovation is the norm, running from $200,000 to $15 million. For new clients it needs to be a full project, but for old clients we're told the firm will do anything that is interesting. It has undertaken work in Westchester and Connecticut.
