John Rossi is one of the few who can wear many hats and wear them well. In addition to working with LS Construction, Rossi, we understand, also heads “one of the best” painting companies in the Palm Beach area. His firm does it all, including faux finishes, Venetian plaster, as well as interior and exterior straight painting. Clients take comfort in Rossi’s “pleasant, active and intelligent” approach to projects and his ability to keep on top of things and meet deadlines.
Rossi fields a good sized team of roughly 24 “focused and capable” employees and a fleet of 15 trucks. The average project, the majority of which is new construction, is in the 5,000 square foot range.
