In business since computers took up entire rooms, principal Don Klein brings a wide range of experience to EastEndTech. He's been at all levels of the business, and his company offers comprehensive computer help to single-PC households and large corporations alike. That includes installation, design, service and most networking or Internet needs. In recent years, remote access programs have allowed Klein and Co. to fix computers over the Internet, which we hear is a popular way to save time and costs. Servicing every item the company sells (and many they don't sell), EastEndTech has earned a superior reputation for prompt and courteous service calls.

The firm is knowledgeable in all things PC, but will only service and install a Mac if it's part of a larger network. The firm serves Westchester, southern Connecticut and other suburban New York locales in addition to Manhattan and Long Island. EastEnd only carries enough inventory to honor its service contracts, so if you're looking to purchase a large system, don't expect it on the spot. However, once you're an established customer, hardware is supplied at cost. Phone service does come with a fee, but established clients--who generally receive a reduced rate--don't mind. For them, East End is the only place to call.
