One of the reasons I chose Al & Dave to re-glaze my tub is because they offered a guaranty on their work. Unfortunately, 6 months later,when my tub needed some minor touch up, they did not honor the guaranty I called the office several times and was always told that they have a policy of not making appointments for follow up care. They only do follow ups on a stand by basis. Needless to say, I have not been able to get them back to see or fix my peeling tub. Please be aware of this policy (no appointment for follow up care), if you choose to use them
